Formal application is completed based on the details decided at the preliminary consultation.

Please pay the fee decided at the preliminary consultation, etc.

Please use the agreed upon services that were decided upon at the preliminary consultation.

Notes注意事項について

  • Please contact us in advance if you wish to use the room.
  • The kitchen is not large, so we recommend that no more than two people work in the kitchen.
  • Reservations are accepted 2 months in advance. If you wish to cancel, please contact us at least one day in advance.
  • If you do not contact us on the day of cancellation, you will be charged for one day's use.
  • Please prepare food ingredients, seasonings, cooking utensils, and give/receive money on the day of the event.
  • Also, please take all foodstuffs, cooking utensils, etc. that you bring with you home with you on the day of your stay. (We cannot rent out tableware, cooking utensils, etc. in Nioh no Sumika.)
  • If you need staff assistance or would like to order drinks or other items from the Nioh no Sumika’s menu, please make a reservation one week in advance.
  • Please ensure hygiene management, conduct a stool sample inspection, etc. in advance, and disinfect the premises during usage.
  • At the time of the meeting, in addition to checking the user's ID, we will confirm that the user has attended and completed the "Food Hygiene Manager" training seminar, and that the user has a restaurant business license. We will not allow anyone who cannot be verified.
  • In the event that any fixtures or equipment in the kitchen are damaged, we will charge for repairs.
