This tour will take you to the major spots in Oku-Kambayashi on an e-Bike (a sports bike with electric power assist), which has been gaining popularity in recent years. You can fully enjoy the scenery of the area, which changes dramatically from season to season.

Trekking （Nature Watching） While strolling through a forest where the ancient and pristine nature of Japan is still preserved, participants will visit the source of the Yura River and a fantastic giant horse chestnut tree that is over 1,000 years old. This tour is a great way to get away from everyday life and experience the profound charm of nature.

Sea of clouds
Iwao Mountain (582 meters above sea level), located in a national park, is one of the most famous sea of clouds spots in Kyoto. The mountains of Tamba, which are layered on top of each other, appear to float in the deep mist, creating a spectacular view created by nature.

Ayu fish
The Kambayashi River, which has its source in a virgin forest upstream from the Yura River flowing through Ayabe City, is known to anglers and gourmets as a habitat for fat, natural ayu fish thanks to its clean, nutrient-rich water.
*When ayu fish are caught, they are also served at Nioh no Sumika.

Shaga Forest
This special forest is carpeted by fringed wild irises (shaga) that have been miraculously left untouched. The dainty, butterfly-like, light-purple flowers of the shaga bloom all over the vast cedar forest. When the sun shines through the trees, the scene becomes even more mysterious.

Mitsumata Forest
Located in the shaga forest are large clusters of oriental paperbush (mitsumata), growing naturally all around the forest. The lovely yellow blossoms of mitsumata trees float in the air and fill the primeval forest, creating a breathtakingly unique scenery.

Kambayashi Chicken
Surrounded by the rich nature of Oku-Kambayashi, Kambayashi chickens are free-range and raised in the clean air and fed spring water from the mountains. The meat is characterized by its firm texture, with juices and flavors being released more as you eat.

Ayabe Onsen Nioh no Yu
A hot spring facility where visitors can enjoy the satoyama scenery from the open-air baths and guest rooms. In addition to day-trip hot springs, dining, and lodging, there are facilities and services for adults and children alike, such as a campsite and a giant maze.

Horse Chestnuts
Enjoy picking up horse chestnuts as you walk through the autumn mountains in a forest of approximately 800 horse chestnut trees, believed to be between 500 and 1,000 years old. You will also get the chance to taste a local delicacy, "tochimochi" zenzai (type of rice cake).
