September 2002: Became a full-fledged chef of Japanese cuisine at the same hotel.
May 2005: Started working as a chef at NORITA, a creative dining restaurant in Ayabe City, Kyoto.
October 2005: Founded Restaurant Yuzuki and became the chef.
2008: Completion of garden annex and opening of beer garden.
October 2017: Yuzuki Annex opened for hot-pot meals.
